About the 'Cheese' Theme...

The pups will have an AKC (American Kennel Club) registered name, which usually consists of several parts: the Kennel where they were bred (Mirasol), possibly the Kennel of their new home, and an actual name (not necessarily the same as their every-day name). In many cases (including this litter), there is a litter theme. These little pups belong to the 'Cheese Litter' - puns involving cheese...
